This is my second time using Pro American—a few years later and they are still PHENOMENAL. Dennis and the entire Team were professional, worked fast, extremely fair pricing, and took special care of all of my items. They moved me twice within this past week, from old place to storage unit, then from storage to new place and they were very accommodating. I cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you Pro American!

Had them out for my move March 2025. Very straightforward process all the way through, from booking to completion. No crazy rules or hoops to jump through. They showed up, I told them everything is going, and they got immediately to work. Broke down and reassembled furniture at both locations (better than I would have done). Nothing damaged throughout.
Took less time than I was quoted for. Price was more than reasonable. Overall great experience.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish!

I recently hired Pro American Van Lines LLC
for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the initial consultation to the final unload, everything was smooth and efficient. The team was professional, friendly, and extremely careful with my belongings.

The movers arrived on time, and they worked quickly without compromising the safety of my furniture and fragile items. They took the time to wrap everything securely and even helped me disassemble and reassemble furniture, which made the process so much easier.

What stood out most to me was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They made sure I was happy with everything before they left and even asked if I needed any additional help, which I really appreciated.

Do not use this company!!!
It was bad enough that the final cost was $1,000 more than the final quote before the move, even after asking multiple times about extra costs and fees for certain special items and packaging. The long haul fee was fair, but all of the extra packaging fees after explaining all of the items beforehand was not fair. The younger guys on the phone do not quote correctly, although very nice. I would not trust the quote at all. $1K more than quoted!
The even worse problem was we were moving my elderly mom out of state from Delaware to Virginia and they didn't come on the weekend days they were supposed to. The window on the paper that I signed was for a Saturday and Sunday only when we would be in town. It was very clear on the contract that I signed for those two days only that we would be in town. Saturday we got a confirmation window email and were there all day but didn't happen. Sunday we were getting worried, got a call at 3:00pm that they were coming Monday. I said we had confirmation of Saturday and waited all day and Sunday as well. What the heck is going on because we don't live here and won't be in Delaware tomorrow.
I had to take a day off of work to deal with it which costs me even more. The movers are very nice and professional, they were told delivery on Monday on their sheet of paper that was supposedly signed by me. Which I knew wasn't true because I didn't sign the contract for Monday because we wouldn't be there. The company changed the date from my signed signature sheet. So many issues, also they are closed on the weekend so good luck if you need to reach someone for their error after 3:00 on Saturday. And they are closed all day Sunday.
They offered $150 compensation, which comes along with a nondisclosure to sign. I decided that it was not worth it, I am finally willing to tell my experience and warn other people. Especially if moving across state!!! Not right and not fair! Do not use this company, you have been warned!

I was very satisfied with our overall move. It was easy to schedule and everything was well communicated. Movers were very efficient and careful wrapping and moving our furniture. Denis was especially the star of the show! I appreciate all their efforts and hard work. If I move again, I will use these guys again and recommend to anyone I know that’s moving. Wonderful job guys!
